The Student Health and Counseling Center would like to invite you to bring topics of health and wellness to students through Wellness on Demand. Most presentations are 45-50 minutes in length and are facilitated by Wellness Services staff and student staff, trained Peer Ambassadors of Wellness and community partners. Among the presentations offered are:
- Stress Unplugged: Explore unconventional ways to unplug from stress and connect to resources.
- Financial Aid for Food: Learn how to receive Financial Aid for Food (also known as CalFresh), to determine eligibility, and be connected to resources to help students apply.
- Survivor Advocacy Explored: Learn about consent, interpersonal violence, reporting options and the role of the Survivor Advocate.
