You are invited to participate in the second round of Fresno State 2023-2028 Strategic Plan Town Halls. A lot of progress has been made since we last gathered and our Strategic Plan Steering Committee would like to share it with you.
A significant amount of campus feedback was collected through the initial Town Halls, roundtable meetings and surveys. The input received will be presented along with overarching draft goals for the next five years.
Additionally, a Guiding Statements Committee chaired by Dr. Tom Holyoke reviewed and refreshed the University’s core values, mission and vision. These draft statements and the Strategic Plan draft goals will be provided for your reflection and insight.
To facilitate an interactive and inclusive meeting, Dr. Sal Rinella, senior associate from the American Association of State Colleges and Universities will help guide our efforts.
As an integral member of our campus community, the Strategic Plan Steering Committee and I look forward to hearing your unique perspective at one of these meetings:
