Facilities Management will have extended hours through Jan. 31. These hours will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will remain open through the lunch hour in order to accommodate faculty, staff, and student key pickup.

Metal keys: Bring an official photo ID in order to sign for your university metal keys. A Bulldog card, driver’s license, military ID or passport are all acceptable forms of ID. You must be present in order to be issued your key. Another individual cannot, under any circumstances, retrieve it in your absence.

If you are unable to pick up your keys during the provided time frame due to hardship, contact Meredith Sandrik at mbooey@mail.fresnostate.edu and we will be happy to work with you.

Electronic access: Note that electronic access via your Bulldog Card does not require a physical visit to our office. If you receive an email stating that electronic access has been provided, then no further action is required on your part as long as you have a current Bulldog Card.
