Mindful eating is an approach to weight management that teaches how to mindfully assess your behaviors and emotions related to food. Learn what it means to eat mindfully, how to recognize hunger and satiety (feeling full), effective eating behaviors, and how to become more intentional about creating a plan to eat mindfully.
This workshop is offered through Kaiser Permanente and is open to all employees regardless of your health plan. Register soon, as space is limited to 750 participants per session.

Part 1 of a two-part training for faculty, staff and administrators on undocumented students. Through this training, allies will: increase their knowledge and effectiveness to serve Dreamers on campus; increase their awareness of the needs, concerns, challenges, and opportunities for Dreamers; create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
