Works Above and Beyond
Carmen Chapman, Literacy Early Bilingual and Special Education
She constantly offers her help even if just to listen and offer brainstorming support. She can always be counted on and does nice things without telling anyone!
Alyssa De La Vega, Athletics
Alyssa has worked in the Department of Athletics for 10 years (seasons). She is dependable, works above and beyond and puts a lot of effort into her work and those she reports to. Alyssa shines like the star she is and I am delighted to give her a High Five for all she does for the department and the football program. Keep shining Alyssa!
Robyn Gutierrez, Veterans Services
Robyn went above and beyond to resolve a technical administrative issue. Fiscal issues can be complex on so many levels, and contacting outside agencies, especially by phone, can be very challenging. She was able to collaborate with our office in resolving the issue on multiple levels to ensure we received a complete resolution. This was no easy task, trust me. She demonstrated tremendous patience and resolve — true Bulldog spirit! I am very grateful for all of Robyn's efforts.
Stephanie Moua (Xiong), Accounting Services
Stephanie went above and beyond to communicate with our team in Sponsored Programs while their office worked to resolve a technical administrative issue. Fiscal issues can be complex on so many levels, and contacting outside agencies, be it by phone or email, can be very grating and can consume valuable time. I am so grateful for Stephanie's efforts to help resolve the issue and for keeping us in the loop. Stephanie’s efforts embody the Principles of Community — specifically those that involve being both respectful and collaborative in nature. I am truly grateful for all her efforts.
Provides Excellent Customer Service
Stefani Swanson, Athletics
Stefani is a jewel in the Department of Athletics. She provides superior customer service to all of our sport programs and coaches as our travel coordinator. She is dedicated and dependable. Thanks Stefani for your help, all the time — it has not gone unnoticed.
Advising and Career Development Center, College of Health and Human Services
This team continues to address the needs of our students in CHHS. They undertake a huge lift and do so with a very positive attitude. I really appreciate how knowledgeable they are about each of the majors in the college. Thanks for all you do. It doesn't go without notice.
