EEO Designee Training (Faculty)

This workshop is intended for tenure-track faculty who wish to serve as an Equal Employment Opportunity Designee (EEOD) on search committees for faculty positions. All existing EEO Designees will need to attend one of the faculty EEOD workshops in order to continue service. Other tenure-track faculty who wish to serve the university as an EEOD on a faculty search must attend one of the workshops as a prerequisite for service.

Reiki is an ancient method of healing that involves the art of bodywork through the placement of hands as a way to channel energy and promote healing. Similar to acupuncture, Reiki works along meridians to help balance the body's energy for optimal health and wellness.

Winning With A Healthy Lifestyle

This 11-week program is designed to assist you with figuring out your basic nutrition, fitness and health needs. You are invited to attend weekly 50-minute sessions where nutrition and dietetic students, under the supervision of a registered dietitian, will help you track your daily food intake and exercise while assisting you with setting realistic and attainable goals. Weekly topics will include: Eating While Dining Out, How Much Should I Weigh, What are My Short and Long Term Goals and How to Eat Mindfully. Remember, each step you take for yourself leads you closer to health.
