Join the Latina/o Faculty and Staff Association as we discuss results from a campus-wide staff and manager survey. The Fresno State Latina/o Faculty and Staff Executive Board deployed a survey in Nov. 2022 to analyze staff and managers' work conditions. The purpose of the survey was to bring awareness to Fresno State regarding sense of belonging and work satisfaction. Equally important, it aimed to inform us about the campus climate in areas where we could find opportunities to work with campus leadership to uplift our staff and improve employee morale to better serve our students. Lunch will be provided to the first 30 participants.
