A survey that will help Fresno State leaders identify how to improve our workplace will be sent by email to all Fresno State employees on March 1.

This survey will provide baseline data that will help us best plan for the future, meet the needs of our employees and support our mission to boldly educate and empower students for success.

The Workplace Quality Survey, which is completely confidential, should take about 20 minutes to complete. Fresno State will join other institutions of higher education to work with ModernThink to administer the survey.

You will receive an email from ModernThink with instructions and your unique link to the online survey. The survey will be available 24/7 and managers are encouraged to give staff time to participate during the work day. The survey will be open through March 15.
