Subject: Google Calendar Update

In late October 2017, Google began rolling out new updates for the web version of the Google Calendar. This update is largely a cosmetic overhaul and is aimed at giving users the same sleek layout and intuitive controls offered on the mobile app version. You may have noticed intermittent pop-ups over the last few months.

On February 28, Google users worldwide will automatically and permanently be upgraded to the new version. You may preview the new version now by clicking the square blue button (“Use new Calendar”) in the upper right-hand region of your current Google calendar. Users may "Test Drive" the new calendar to see how it looks and return to the “classic calendar” in settings.
