This situation creates misunderstanding and can lead to conflict. The demography and cultural attitudes of our campus population are constantly changing, which increases chances of cross- cultural conflicts. This interactive workshop introduces participants to methods and analytical concepts necessary to evaluate peace, violence, injustice, and the like in the society today; and offers techniques/strategies to build, support and repair relationships.
