Transformation Challenge
It's time to form your teams and register for the Spring Transformation Challenge! The eight-week challenge will begin March 4 and go through April 27. As a team, you will earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes, and reaching personal goals and compete against other teams across campus. Weekly newsletters will encourage participants with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings, and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activities completed. Registration closes Friday, March 1. Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of five employees.
