Works Above and Beyond
Misty Brazill, Division of Research and Graduate Studies
Misty has worked here for over 20 years and throughout this time she has consistently gone above and beyond in providing students, faculty and staff with the support needed in ensuring graduate student success from the point of admission to the point of graduation. In October, our lead retired and she stepped up to fill some big shoes that had been left behind. It is one thing to get the work done but it is something else to do it with patience, kindness and grace and she has done so as the unit maneuvers surviving, without a lead, at one of our busiest times of the year. Thank you, Misty, for all that you do and for always going above and beyond.
Priscilla GilletteBerg, TRIO-SSSD
Priscilla, you rock. Thank you so much for your time, effort and patience with the IPR. I could not have submitted it without you. You went above and beyond your duties to support me and the program.
Esther Gomez, Advising Center, Craig School of Business

New to assisting with the process of calling for nominations for the 2022-23 Provost's Awards, I was scrambling to get the word out to the entire campus. Angel not only patiently provided me with invaluable information, she made sure the announcement made it into Campus News. Many thanks, Angel.

Fatih not only made quick work of updates needed for the 2023 Provost's Awards nominations submission form, but he also noticed additional information in the text that needed editing. Thank you, Fatih.
Saved My Bacon!
Michelle Perez, Admissions and Recruitment
Thank you, Michelle, for always looking for ways to help your colleagues on campus. I was walking out of the library with my hands full, and I would have had our golf cart, but it was currently in use. She asked if I wanted a ride to my destination as she was taking a golf cart to a meeting. She said, "we work better together" and this was the perfect example. Thanks Michelle.
Rocio Quiñones Montaño, College of Social Science
Thank you, Rocio, for saving my bacon.
