I am pleased to announce the appointment of Etisha Wilbon as the new director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

Ms. Wilbon brings with her both administrative and clinical experience that is crucial to this important role. She has served in various positions; most recently as the assistant director with Madera County Behavioral Health.

'I am excited to join the Student Health and Counseling Center with the Counseling and Psychological Services team. I look forward to connecting with the student population and addressing the needs of the campus,' said Wilbon.

As CAPS Director, she will be responsible for the management of a comprehensive counseling and psychological services program for our diverse campus, as well as managing the day-to-day operations and expanding existing programs to help ensure the health and safety of our students.
