The nomination process for this year's Outstanding Advisor Award is underway. If you know of an advisor on campus who has made a difference in students' lives — showing compassion, care, and encouragement — you can nominate that advisor for the award through March 29.
The Outstanding Advisor Awards are awarded annually to faculty and staff advisors who have demonstrated qualities associated with outstanding academic advising of students. The recipients will be honored at a Reception on Thursday, May 3, at 3:00 p.m. in the University Dining Hall.
Faculty, staff, administrators, and current students are eligible to nominate individuals for this award. The nomination process is easy! A minimum of three nominations, including one from a student, are needed to be considered eligible for nomination. Those receiving less than three will be sent a notification of nomination after the reception.
