Led by Dr. Lisa Herzig, this program offers a holistic approach to reclaiming your health through nutrition coaching and exercise planning. Receive individualized coaching and meal plans to help you reach your goals, and the support and tools to cultivate a healthy and balanced lifestyle — especially in these challenging times.
Register for the Spring Transformation Challenge!
Form your team and register for this spring’s Virtual Transformation Challenge! Work with your team to earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes, and reaching personal goals (click here for list of all activities and point values). Weekly newsletters will encourage you and your team members with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings, and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activity log. Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of 5 employees.

Learn how to create healthy, seasonal meals through knowing what staples to keep on hand and how to make the most out of your time and money. This workshop is offered through Kaiser Permanente and is open to all employees regardless of your health plan. Register soon, as space is limited to 750 per session.
Campus Circle for Working Parents

Facilitated by Amy Luna, manager of emergency operations and mom of four and auntie of 10. Are you juggling working at home (or working on campus) with parenting? Can you use some support with distance learning and everything else happening? Do you have a system that's working you're willing to share with others? Barre Fitness

Barre is a fun, hybrid class that combines ballet inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training. In this class, routines will be choreographed to the music of today's hits and some blasts from the past.
Power Up

Join this fun and fast-paced class that focuses on body-weight exercises to maximize your strength. Get your heart pumping and Power Up your fitness.
HIGH Fitness

High Fitness is old school aerobics made modern. It's a mixture of cardio and toning that will have you noticing results, both mentally and physically. You will leave this class sweaty and on a "high" that will have you wanting more.
Strength & Stretch

Are you guilty of sitting all day? Would you benefit from a mindful break by the end of the week? Tune in to Strength & Stretch! In this class you'll be guided through poses that will strengthen and stretch your body as you learn to breathe and reconnect to the present moment.
