Made in the CSU: Men, Masculinity, and Leadership, is a webinar featuring self-identified men of color who will be addressing how their identities, backgrounds, and professional experiences have played key roles in their development as people, scholars, and advocates in higher education. We will discuss topics such as: how redefining masculinity impacts current and future leaders of higher education, how vulnerability plays a role in personal and professional lives, as well as how identity shapes our perspective of the world.
