Erica is truly exceptional and consistently works above and beyond. I have had the privilege to work with her on several committees and projects and she exemplifies professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in everything she does. Erica's expertise regarding campus articulation processes is matched only by her exceptional ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities on and off campus. I am extremely appreciative that Erica makes herself easily available for questions and is always extremely thorough in addressing issues. Her constant work has no doubt alleviated stress for countless students as they make the difficult transition from junior college to Fresno State, and I can personally testify to how she has made my job a lot easier. Erica is a joy to work with and serves as an inspiration for staff and faculty and is very appreciated!

The Alumni Association had an article to submit to Athletics for its winter edition e-newsletter. Our staff worked hard to collaboratively put together the draft and it took a little longer than anticipated. Once completed I shared the draft with Eddie for his editing expertise and he quickly and graciously responded and agreed to edit on a very short timeline. The final product turned out great and I am truly grateful. Thank you, Eddie!
