Spring Transformation Challenge

Register today for the Spring Transformation Challenge and work with your team to earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes and reaching personal goals (click here for list of all activities and point values). Weekly newsletters will encourage you and your team members with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activity log. (New this semester: follow @fresnostatehealthyu on Instagram for a sneak peek of the weekly recipes.) Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of five employees.

The greatest H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts meet the greatest hit songs from every decade, making this class a fun way to raise your heart rate, get a great workout and listen to some great music. These "Greatest H.I.I.T.S." can't be beat!
Mindfulness
