The inaugural Fresno State Hmong Heritage Education Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14 on campus. This free event, for faculty, staff, students and the community, aims to educate and bring communities together to celebrate the Hmong people’s history, heritage, values, achievements and contribution.
The program will include 14 cultural and educational workshops, dance performances, food trucks, a resource fair and more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in Hmong attire.
