Dr. Jeff Cummins, professor in the Department of Political Science, published a piece on the voter breakdown for Prop. 50 on the London School of Economics and Political Science blog, a prestigious platform for political science research and commentary.

Dr. Peter Robertson, director of development, will be presented with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Community Leadership Award from the City of Fresno's Martin Luther King Unity Committee. A commemorative program will take place on Monday, Jan. 19 at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.

Dr. Dilruba Yeasmin, geomatics engineering lecturer and Center For Irrigation Technology research scientist, and Dr. John Bushoven, plant science professor, received a $31,402 grant from Wonderful Orchards LLC for a CIT project entitled, “Almond and Pistachio Rootstock Performance Analysis Using Ground Penetrating Radar.”
