Brad Barker, Senior Director of Cloud Strategies, Infrastructure & Technology Support
Brad is a Fresno State alum who returned to campus in 1990 to lead a large mainframe migration project intended to be a short engagement. He enjoyed it so much that he elected to stay on for 33+ years! Brad has found great joy and satisfaction working at Fresno State and is honored to be surrounded by bright and energetic people collaborating to educate future generations. Join us in celebrating Brad’s successful journey, and wish him well in the years ahead.
Jeff McVey, Systems Analyst/Programmer
Jeff began as a student at Fresno State in August 1981. He started working for what was then called the Center for Information Processing (CIP) in March 1983 as a student programmer. After graduation in December 1984, he accepted a Programmer I position. Over the past 39 years, he’s gone through various system changes, upgrades, conversions, department names and personnel. There have been a lot of changes in technology during that time. Jeff is considered an avid Fresno State football fan by his friends and has only missed a handful of home games since 1981. He is honored to have spent his entire career at Fresno State.
