After over 30 years of devoted service, it saddens us to announce the retirement of Arleen Leischner, budget manager for the Kremen School of Education and Human Development.
Leischner has worked at Fresno State and the Kremen School since Feb. 8, 1988 and is retiring on Dec. 31. Leischner was first hired as a secretary to the Kremen School’s associate dean and transitioned to the budget manager.
“My favorite part of working at Fresno State has been working with the amazing administration, faculty and staff of the KSOEHD as well as other outstanding staff members from across campus. Every day is a new day, and even after all of these years, I still am lucky to say that it has truly been a privilege to be a part of this school and university,” Leischner said.
She will be remembered as the hardworking, committed and comical staff member that always put a smile on people’s faces.
