Wanted to give a high-five to Ty for his outstanding support in reorganizing the imaging workbench. His efforts significantly improved our workflow and increased the efficiency of the campus computer imaging process. Thanks to his work, the workbench’s capacity increased from imaging approximately five computers at a time to 16.
Imelda Dudley, Advising and Career Development Center – Jordan College
Imelda has gone above and beyond by helping find a good candidate for the new career and internship coordinator for JCAST. Not only has she assisted in the hiring process, but she has also fully trained the new hire, in addition to her own responsibilities as an academic counselor. She ensured that the new hire had been fully onboarded, met with all JCAST admins, and made sure they felt welcomed in our college. Imelda has opened her availability and stayed late to ensure all topics have been discussed in training. Thank you for taking on this task and making our new employee feel welcomed.
