Jessica Bravo-Mendosa, Human Resources
Jessica has been an amazing resource. She is always willing to answer my questions and ensure I have the information I need to be successful. She doesn't hesitate to jump on a Zoom call to provide further assistance. As a newer member of the Fresno State team, getting a helping hand from people like Jessica has been a HUGE blessing. Thank you, Jessica!

Given vacancies, Alejandra has been the interim support for the team. Despite her busy workload, she set aside time to help me restructure and reorganize a complex project management process and tracking sheet. I am so grateful to have her as a brainstorming partner when I feel stuck!

Provides Excellent Customer Service
Heather Parish, Library
At a time when I know Heather is swamped with other duties and priorities, she took the time and energy to create an engaging, interesting, and informative workshop for her library colleagues on how to create a marketing plan by deconstructing it into easy steps. Heather is a natural instructor and excellent communicator who is open to ideas and discussion. She is also clearly skilled in marketing and promotion. She is undeniably an accomplished professional and I wanted to thank her for her unwavering efforts.
Passport Place
Every single student staff member working at the Fresno State Passport Place made me so proud of these young students. They were patient, friendly, so helpful and calming. We seniors need people like these. They walked me through some roadblocks, and it seemed they were all on the same understanding page.
