As a follow-up to last week’s email, the CSUBuy P2P implementation is rescheduled to go live on Sept. 5. Training for campus users is scheduled this month as listed below. Please be sure to attend a training session to learn how to use CSUBuy P2P. All sessions provide the same content and will be offered virtually via Zoom — you only need to attend one of the sessions.

Campus Customers: For anyone who submits a request to procure goods and services (Requestors).

FY 2023-24 Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

To support our Procurement and Accounting Services teams during this transition, be sure to review the information here for processing and submission of 2023-24 forms. If you have any questions about these end-of-year processes, reach out to the respective Procurement buyer.

How will CSUBuy P2P change our current procurement process?

• Requests for purchases or payments will be submitted via forms (Goods and Services, Direct Pay, Independent Contractor etc.).

NOTE:

• Use of the Direct Pay form will only be limited to certain instances.
• Independent Contractor forms will still need to be completed for any individual we are paying (for services) who is not an employee.
• You can track requests, purchases and payments in CSUBuy P2P.
• All processes will be electronic with no signatures required and additional forms required for certain purchases have been built into the CSUBuy P2P system.
