Dr. Amy Allen was appointed associate dean of student involvement at Fresno State, effective July 15, 2024.

She has worked on campus since 1998, most recently serving as the interim associate dean of student involvement for just over two years. In this position, Dr. Allen managed several critical responsibilities, including developing student engagement initiatives, overseeing student union operations and implementing programs that foster an inclusive and supportive campus environment.

Dr. Allen is a three-time Fresno State alumna, earning her doctoral degree in educational leadership this past spring. She also holds a master’s in education and a bachelor’s in communications.
