Two courses will be assigned to campus employees from CSU Learn in early September:
- Gender Equity and Title IX (annual completion)
- CSU’s Discrimination Harassment Prevention Program (for supervisors and non-supervisors, needs to be completed every two years)
The California State University Executive Order 1095 requires faculty, staff and student employees to complete preventive education training programs to promote awareness regarding CSU policies against sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence and stalking, and to make victim resources available, including comprehensive victim services.
All employees who have not completed either training this year will receive an email from CSU Learn this week with the link to the courses. Students who are also employed by Fresno State are required to complete both the student training and the training for campus employees. Additional information regarding Title IX for Employees can be found here.
