Couch to 5k
5:10 - 6 p.m. Tuesday, meet in front of the library
Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities!
Yoga

A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.
Circuit Training
5:10 - 6 p.m. Wednesday, ED 140
Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body. Please bring appropriate workout attire and gym shoes for your safety.
Pilates

Utilizes non-impact exercises that target the core and develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.
