Works Above and Beyond
Etisha Wilbon, Student Health and Counseling Center
Thank you, Dr. Wilbon, for taking time out of your day to deliver an amazing presentation at our student assistant training! Our staff and student assistants greatly appreciated the valuable information you shared.
Kalvin Xiong, Technology Services
Kalvin has been incredibly helpful and supportive since I joined the team. He is always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and take the time to help whenever I need it. I really appreciate his patience, kindness, and willingness to share his knowledge. His support has made a big difference in helping me feel comfortable and confident in my role.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
A huge KUDOS to the entire Financial Aid and Scholarships team for your incredible hard work, collaboration and commitment to our students! Navigating the challenges surrounding OB3 has required tremendous flexibility, persistence and teamwork. Across every area — Scholarships, Systems, Processing and Customer Service — everyone has stepped up, worked together and done what was needed to ensure students’ financial aid was ready in time for the first fall disbursement. This has truly been a team effort, and the dedication happening both behind the scenes and on the front lines has made a meaningful difference for our students. Thank you for supporting one another, problem-solving through the challenges and staying focused on our shared goal of serving students. Congratulations and thank you to the entire team for an outstanding job!
Services for Students with Disabilities
I want to thank the entire Services for Students with Disabilities team for participating in our student assistant training. I know this is an especially busy time of year, and I truly appreciate everyone making time to help prepare our student assistants for success this fall semester. A special shout-out to Amanda and Juliette for planning and coordinating the day. I couldn’t have done it without your support!
