Dr. Joy Goto, interim dean of the Division of Research and Graduate Studies, was named one of the Marjaree Mason Center's Top Ten Professional Women and Leading Business Awards recipients alongside five Fresno State alumnas. The ceremony recognizing this year's honorees will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 in the New Exhibit Hall at the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center.

Dr. Steve Blumenshine, interim executive director of CSU-WATER, received an invitation to join the State Water Board's new UPWARD Advisory Group, which will facilitate development of the Board’s new water rights data system by providing advice and feedback that ensure the new system’s functions best accommodate stakeholder needs.
