The Administrative Academy is now accepting applications for its third cohort. Over 100 Administrative Support Staff and others from across the university have participated in the Administrative Academy since the program was launched in 2014. This professional development program is designed for new and seasoned staff, and combines a cohort-style learning community and interactive workshops throughout the academic year.

Each of the eight sessions will focus on information sharing, networking, learning, and recognition to foster connections among administrative support staff, enhance the skills and competencies of participants and increase employee engagement. The Administrative Academy is one of several professional development opportunities available for our campus community this year and is sponsored by Organizational Excellence.
