As we approach the fall semester, Technology Services would like to offer assistance to faculty, staff and students preparing for instruction beginning Aug. 22. With this in mind, we have extended the regular Service Desk hours for the first two weeks of the semester.
In addition, we invite all faculty to meet our staff in advance to familiarize themselves with classroom equipment. Here’s how to get help.

For the first two weeks of the fall semester, Service Desk hours will be as follows:

Tech-Check Appointments Available Now!
We invite all faculty to schedule a Tech-Check Appointment with our Classroom Video Services staff to test classroom equipment before the start of the semester. New and current faculty can familiarize themselves with equipment to avoid issues before instruction begins.
