In this workshop, employees will learn in a hands-on lab environment about Concur Profile Settings, how to assign an Expense Delegate, how to create a Request for Pre-approval of travel, and how to create an Expense Report for reimbursement.

"Join us this summer as we discuss Sally Kohn's book The Opposite of Hate: A Field Guide to Repairing Our Humanity. This book challenges readers to consider how they feel toward, and interact with, people whom have opinions and beliefs diametrically opposed to their own.
Even if you don't read the book come along and enjoy a light lunch and interesting conversation.

Aqua Bootcamp

The "liquid gym" is the place to be! This moderate to high intensity class is designed to improve cardio conditioning, alternating with strength, balance and core training segments.
Water Aerobics
Tues., 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., Aquatics Center
Build muscle and reduce body fat in this fun, high energy, and low impact class!
Aqua Tabata
Wed., 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., Aquatics Center
Tabata utilizes short bursts of high intensity exercises with a rest period following. In the pool, the advantage of high intensity movements in a low impact environment can benefit people of all fitness levels and of all swimming levels. Last day of all swim classes.
