The History Graduate Student Association presents Perspectives Across Time, The 25th Annual History Graduate Student Symposium where history graduate students will present their research.
UC Santa Barbara faculty member Dr. Veronica Castillo Munoz is the keynote speaker. She is the author of "The Other California: Land, Identity, and Politics on the Mexican Borderlands," and she will be discussing her new research "Her Stories: Women in the Age of the Revolution in the Mexico U.S. Borderlands 1910-1920." We will also feature a roundtable of a few Fresno State history professors having a conversation around navigating controversy in the classroom. This symposium will take place at the University Business Center in rooms 191, 192 and 194. All are welcome to join!
