The College of Health and Human Services is excited to celebrate the official launch of the Center for Digital and Technological Innovation in Healthcare (CDTIH) — our new research and education center, a bold step toward advancing technology-driven and accessible health care innovation.
The Center for Digital and Technological Innovation in Healthcare is Fresno State’s first interdisciplinary center dedicated to advancing health care through technology and innovation. The center brings together faculty from five colleges — College of Health and Human Services, Lyles College of Engineering, College of Science and Mathematics, Craig's School of Business, Kremen School of Education and Human Development — to collaboratively develop solutions that enhance health outcomes, support workforce development and promote economic growth across California’s Central Valley.
We invite you to join us for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony from 11 to 11:30 a.m. marking the opening of this new center dedicated to interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation and meaningful community impact. Learn about the vision and mission, team members of our center and their plans for the year ahead. We are open to collaborations and partnerships.
We encourage you to attend the first inaugural initiative put together by the team comprised of founding director Dr. Nupur Hajela, associate director Dr. Marcus Crawford and faculty fellows from five colleges. Learn, engage and network at Frontiers in AI and Digital Health Innovation Summit 2026, where leaders, researchers and industry partners, will come together to explore the future of health care through artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
Come and become part of this special and meaningful milestone for our College of Health and Human Services. All are welcome to attend.
