The College of Health and Human Services is excited to celebrate the official launch of the Center for Digital and Technological Innovation in Healthcare (CDTIH) — our new research and education center that offers a bold step toward advancing technology-driven and accessible health care innovation.
The Center for Digital and Technological Innovation in Healthcare is Fresno State’s first online, interdisciplinary center dedicated to advancing health care through technology and innovation. The center brings together faculty from five colleges — College of Health and Human Services, Lyles College of Engineering, College of Science and Mathematics, Craig's School of Business, Kremen School of Education and Human Development — to collaboratively develop solutions that enhance health outcomes, support workforce development and promote economic growth across California’s Central Valley. Learn more about the center and each of our faculty fellows on Fresno State Today.
The center will host its first event, “Frontiers in AI and Digital Health Innovation Summit” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, which includes an official launch of the CDTIH from 11 to 11:30 a.m. marking the opening of the new digital center dedicated to interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation and meaningful community impact. Join us to learn about our vision and mission and meet our team members, who are open to collaborations and partnerships.
The event will also offer opportunities to learn, engage and network with leaders, researchers and industry partners, who will come together to explore the future of health care through artificial intelligence and digital technologies. Register and view the full list of presenters and panelists online.
We invite you to be part of this meaningful milestone for the College of Health and Human Services. All are welcome to attend.
