We are hosting a campus forum at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, in Library Room 2206, for the CSUBUY P2P implementation, which will occur on July 5. CSUBUY P2P will help to dramatically improve both our Procurement and Accounting processes. Our implementation team will provide more details and answer any questions. We appreciate your support of this important process improvement initiative as we are one of the campuses included in the first wave for the CSU.

FY 2023/24 Purchase Requisitions

We will go live with the CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system on July 5. All Purchase Requisitions for FY 2023/24 will need to be entered into the new P2P system after that date. More information will be shared with the campus community in May and there will be a CSUBUY P2P Campus Forum held on May 10.
