Effective as of April 1, the University's hospitality policy (B-24) has been revised. This update supersedes the Policy on Hospitality (B-24) dated November 2014.
This campus policy governs the manner and extent to which the University may provide hospitality to employees, students, donors, guests, visitors, volunteers and other individuals as part of a business meeting; recreational, sporting or entertainment event; or other occasion that promotes the mission of the California State University.
Hospitality expenditures may be paid to the extent as necessary, appropriate and reasonable in serving a purpose consistent with the mission and fiduciary responsibilities of the CSU.
