Impostor Syndrome causes individuals to believe that they aren’t good enough, smart enough, or deserving enough and particularly impacts students of color, women, and first-generation college students. Participants will gain an understanding of Impostor Syndrome and in particular how it impacts black, female, and first-generation undergraduate and graduate students, and will review strategies to help students effectively cope with its negative impacts.
