Russell Gross, TRIO Student Support Services
Russell has demonstrated commitment, perseverance, and contributions in going “above and beyond” what is expected for the success of his students and program. Huge kudos to Russell for receiving the 2022 WESTOP (Western Association of Educational Opportunity Personnel) Staff of The Year Award! WESTOP consists of all federally funded TRIO programs throughout Arizona, Nevada, California, and the Pacific Islands. Each year membership totals just over 800. Their 2022 Annual Conference took place in Kona, HI, where Russell attended to receive the award. Congratulations, and we are thrilled to have you represent TRIO SSS-Veterans at Fresno State!
