We are excited to share that work on the Central Utility Plant Replacement (CUPR) project is now underway. Watch for regular updates in future issues of Campus News. There are two initial stages of the project we want to make you aware of.

Construction/Temporary Fencing:
You may have noticed fenced areas around campus. More temporary fencing will be installed as construction progresses. Communication surrounding the timing and location of the fences will be shared through social media and online at fresnostate.edu/cupr.

Engineering East:
Work has commenced to update interior lighting with LED fixtures and new HVAC controls. This work began this week and will continue through April. The work will be done after hours, in the evenings, so as to minimize impact to instruction and other academic-related activities. Please be patient as there may be some temporary impacts such as inoperable light fixtures and building temperature fluctuations. More information is available here.
