Stretch and Strength

Prepare your body with correct stretching that will target muscle groups and send blood flow to promote ease in conditioning and strengthening. Complementing the Pilates and Jazz class, this stretch, and strength class will replenish all areas of the body, condition them and invigorate you while mentally preparing for the weekend.
