In an effort to recognize the exemplary work of our staff, our campus launched a Staff Awards program in January 2020, which was the recommendation of a CAIFE team in 2018.

All employees are encouraged to nominate a current full-time employee (University or Auxiliary) excluding managers and faculty. We are pleased to announce a new award this year, Student Success, which will acknowledge a staff member who has gone above and beyond to contribute to the success of our students.

Nominees should exemplify the criteria for each of the four award categories:

• Principles of Community - Outstanding Staff Award
• Innovation
• Bulldog Spirit
• Student Success

Submit an online nomination by 5 p.m. April 10. Winners will be announced and honored during STAR Day in August 2023.
