This year, CSU Summer Arts is returning to Fresno State with 20 different courses in creative writing, theater, dance, visual art and design, media and animation, and music.
Enrollment deadlines are May 1 and May 15, depending on the course.
Courses are for anyone above the age of 17. Share this opportunity with students, friends and colleagues, or take advantage of the opportunity to study alongside industry professionals yourself.
- For faculty and staff, CSU fee waivers are accepted
- For students, 3-6 units of transferable credit - each course is worth three credits
What makes these classes so different? Students work side-by-side with industry professionals at the top of their careers, such as Bruce Logan, the special effects expert who is best known for his work "blowing up" the Death Star on Star Wars.
If you are a California resident, you may take a second Summer Arts course (up to six units) with no additional enrollment fee. CSU Summer Arts scholarships are available to cover part or all of a student’s enrollment fees.
Summer Arts is truly transformative experience you cannot get anywhere else!
